It's uncertain which AMD cards are backward compatible with your older system, but the Nvidia driver readme file on your system's support page on Lenovo.com has a list of supported adapters. I checked, and it does support the Gt 730. Since your system is a SFF. I suggest that a low-profile GT 730 with DDR5 memory is currently the best all-around graphics card. If you wish better performance for gaming, then a MSI low-profile Gtx 750 ti.

The MSI 750 ti? It's known to fit the short SFF case.

It looks to be longer than the MSI 750 ti, I suggest you measure to see if it fit your SFF system (there is more room in a tower.) Also this card is 75w vs. 60w for a 750 ti, and that may push the less powerful power supply in a SFF (vs a tower) to the ragged edge. If you're good with experimenting, do so, otherwise the 750 ti is the safe choice.
EDIT: After running some power calculations, I'm rescinding my suggestion to try the 1050 Ti with a stock power supply. The 15w difference would use what little safety buffer there is compared to having a 750 Ti installed.
