M93p Desktop - Application has been blocked from Accessing Graphics Hardware

Good Morning all,

 

I am having a problem with my Desktop. It constantly (multiple times throughout the day) will display an error message stating that "Application Has been blocked from accessing Graphics Hardware. *Application.exe* has been blocked from accessing Graphics Hardware*.

The application will vary based on what is active at the time but i have seen the following applications be blocked.

Outlook.exe

Lync.exe

Excel.exe

Chrome.exe

i have even seen WebGL get blocked.

 

I am running fully updated Windows 10 Professional

PC is a 10A7000BUS | Core-i5 4570 with 16 GB RAM

The Graphics driver is the most recent available from Lenovo (10.18.15.4248)

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the graphics drivers, updated windows etc.

 

When the error presents itself, i am only running ~35% RAM usage, and CPU is running at less than 15%. 

 

Any thoughts on how i might get this resolved.

Are yiu running a 3rd party security program, and was it completely uninstalled before upgrading to Win 10?

I am not running a third party security program. This wasnt an upgrade its a fresh format reload with Windows 10.

I would see if there's a later driver avail. direct from Intel download site, and try that.  And I would clean the registry with CCleaner, free version.
