Multiple M73s lost activation and product key is blocked by microsoft

We have multiple M73 tinys that recently lost their activation.  Trying to reactivate we get "The product key has been blocked by Microsoft"  So far this has only happened on a handful of machines but we have over 100 in a school environment so if this keeps going on this will be a major issue and reinstalling wont be a feasible option.   I did follow the steps in https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht078865 and both show everything as fine.
