Random blue screen 0x109 (system service exception)-Lenovo M81

2019-12-18, 12:33 PM

Hello from Greece,

I face a particular problem at several machines, which are exactly the same.

Their setup is:

  • LENOVO M81 SFF
  • 4GB DDR3
  • Core I5 2400 3,1GHZ
  • SSD or HDD
  • WINDOWS 10 PROFESSIONAL, 1903 or 1909.
  • BIOS UPDATE TO THE LATEST VERSION.

My customers complain about random blue screens with code 0x109-System service exception. Can someone help me? I have checked 2 of these computers for hardware errors but i did not mention something significant.

Can someone of you analyze any dump file to help me?

Thank you in advance,

Panagiotis

a. Do you update to win10 from win7? if yes, you can try to reinstall win10.

b.You can refer to the following.

Hello,

It is a fresh installation, not an upgrade.

Hello,

After a lot of search i think that I have found the solution for our problem. Microsoft installs its own driver for audio instead of the Realtek driver. I downloaded from Lenovo site and everything works now, without bluescreens. The needed file is:

https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/desktops-and-all-in-ones/thinkcentre-m-series-desktops/thinkcentre-m81/downloads/driver-list/component?name=Audio

Try it and give me you feedback please!!
