I will probably try the E3 1268L V3. On the other hand could you tell me if the tiny will make more noise than before at the level of the fan? Because I like his silence and I would be afraid that it makes noise because of a better processor that heats more. Thank you

During my testing, i didn't noticed even a single difference in fan noise. Absolutely identical temperature values and behaviour as it was on i5 CPU during heavy load periods.
Thermal cooling system design easily handle +10W more heat dispassion.
65W CPU will lead to constant 100% fan speed and overheating problems, but not the 45W.

Looks like it hard to understand, that "V3/V4/V6" is not the smth. like a software version of the CPU.
Thus NOT the "E3-1275, 65, 68 etc." part is the most important while choosing the right CPU, but the "v3/v4/v5/v6".
Back to the answer. Surely NO! No V4, V5, V6 etc. V3 only. Because V3 means Haswell microarchitecture, 4th generation.
While V6 is Kaby Lake 7th gen. microarchitecture. M93P is designed to run Haswell 4th gen. ONLY.
While deciding on what CPU to buy for this tiny, google for "list of Haswell CPU's", filter 35-45W TDP models and there will be your only variants to choose from, without exceptions.
