Assuming you have a Skylake chipset in your M710q machine, your best bet is to use the Gigabyte utility to upgrade your original retail Win7 install media to "slipstream" add both the missing but required (a) USB 3.0 drivers and (b) NVMe drivers, creating a new bootable USB flash drive with a newly updated Win7 install media for Skylake and NVMe target.

Gigabyte developed that utility years ago, to support their own users of the Series 100 (Skylake) chipset motherboards who wanted to install Win7.  Very easy to use, and works perfectly.  The resulting bootable USB Win7 installation media will work on your Lenovo machines as well, as all it consists of is the original Win7 installer plus the missing USB 3.0 and NVMe drivers.
