hello i would like to be counseled by the lenovo thinkcentre m71e tower and i would like to know what can be a graphics card to this computer because i wanted gtx 1050ti sc but i do not know if it will work i will change the PSU so there is no problem

I'm not understanding your question.  Can you explain in greater detail exactly what you want in a graphics card.   

i want to buy a new graphics card but i know that only gtx 1050 will work there but i which will work there other graphics card work in the my pc 

The readme file for the Nvidia driver for your system, on the Lenovo support page, has a list of supported cards.  Pick Win 7 64-bit as your OS (irrepective of what it is), as it has the most updated list.  Some cards would require an upgraded power supply, and would need to fit the space available. 

In addition, since the GT 730 is supported on your system, there's a 99% chance the GT 1030 will also work, although the list has not been updated to include it.  Gt 1030 is by far the best low cost, low-power graphics card available today. 

I searched the list and somehow I did not find it I could ask you for a link for the support of graphics cards? and for that PSU  I've upgraded the chip there will not be a problem
