lenovo thinkcentre m71e type 3129 new cpu cooler

2018-02-11, 12:27 PM

Hello I wanted to replace my pc cpu but my old cooler would not get the new cpu so I bought a new cooler SilentiumPC Spartan 3 PRO HE1024 but I found that my motherboard has threads in the holes for the attachment or I did not care about it and therefore I would like to know Is there any cooler that is plugged into socket 1155? Thanks

I found only that which is on the picture

Your OEM heat sink fan is part 03T9695, Intel LGA 1155 65 watt.(90 mm).

Your picture is a ALSEYE 90mm 95W.

It looks like it should work just fine, outside of additional watt usage.

I would avoid using the silentiumpc fan. You can view their install video on their website above.  It uses their circular mounting bracket, attaching to motherboard via 4 shims and 4 push pins. The motherboard is designed with 4 screw holes.

The OEM Intel LGA1155 95w/65w cooler kit is part 03T9513.

I have a tower machine with an Intel Quad 95w processor. Stock OEM heat sink fan for me was 95w/65w. It is extremely quit.
