G500: restore onekey image but missing recovery partition

2016-11-18, 20:56 PM

Hallo,

I need to restrore a disk image created with onekey backup from my home laptop g500 to a usb hard disk.

But the laptow died and i didn't have any lenovo pc at home.

At office we have some brand new thinkcenter. Hoping to recover my G500 hd,  i have installed onekey and made a disk image... but if  i try to test the  restore i have a error, okr ask me to reboot, i think to search for  the recovery partition...

How can i tell onekey restore to read the backup i have done?

Thank's

Marco

The OKR will only work for the model it was installed upon. Using a different computer to "rebuild" it will only cause more issues.

Using a HDD dock to USB adapter you can pull your data of the old hard disk provided it was not destroyed during the attempt to rebuild an image file.
