Blue Screen problem, help!

Hi :smileyhappy: 

 

I just bought a Lenovo Thinkpad E550, and I am not sure if I am posting in the right place. The 1st time using it my laptop crashed and restarted after around 2 hours. I got this blue screen problem (see link for the problem) http://postimg.org/image/420bm39rd/

 

I really hope someone can help me fix this. This problem have already ocurred 5 times just today, every 1-2 hours. I can edit any videos with this problem going on! :smileysad:

 

I would really appreciate some help. Thanks in advance!

Hi

Did you install the drivers from Lenovo site and via MS updates only?
Is the Intel graphics driver from the Lenovo site (or preload image) or any chance you performed to install another version of that driver from anywhere?

I actually don't know. I don't think I have installed any drivers, not manually from other websites at least. I may have downloaded something from update (which I don't explore). I haven't download from Lenovo's site either. Do I need to download something from an external place?

here is a tip:

http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html download install and run this. It is software that can wipe your pc form any GPU drivers (clean your drivers from safe mode).

After procedure is complete, download http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html?iid=dc_iduu run scan and install recom. drivers.

Reboot.

Should be fine now
