E540 GPU question

2016-04-03, 12:26 PM

Hello,
About a year ago i bought a lenovo E540.
I could choose for Intel HD 4600 onboard graphics, or NVidia N14P (2GB) dedicated Graphic card. I chose the onboard graphics. I wish i didn't, because i like to play games and now games are a bit laggy.

I wonder if it's possible to buy a NVidia graphic card, and get it soldered into my laptop by a proffessional.
Anybody knows something about this? Is it possible?

Greets,
Jantine
