Shutdown causing LED blinking
Hi, I recently reset my copy of Windows 10 (for Education). Ever since, turning off my computer is a little strange and doesn't really shutdown, but rather goes into a power-loss hibernation. As I shutdown my computer, the light in the tip of the i in the ThinkPad logo starts flashing, indicating that my battery has died. This even occurs when my charger is plugged in. I can tell it hasn't shut down because when I turn my laptop on again, and go to the power options before logging in, it displays the "Someone else is using this PC" message. Is there a way to fix this issue as it is a bit inconvenient at times. I have noticed that if I press Shift and restart my computer and from that advanced options screen select turn off this PC, it actually turns off properly.
My PC is a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e 5th Gen (Type 20LN-S09W00, Intel Celeron N4100@1.1GHz, 4GB RAM, 128GB SanDisk DF4128 SSD).
I am using Windows 10 for Education, Version 2004
