Touchpad not working on E14 Gen 2

Hello everybody,

 

My touchpad and pointpad don't work anymore on my brand new E14 gen 2. I had similar problems at firts startups, probably because of Windows updates conflicting with Lenovo drivers.

 

Nonetheless, even after uninstalling then reinstalling the proper drivers from Lenovo website, the touchpad and the button still don't work. Indeed, Windows device manager displays an exclamation mark error for this driver (error codes vary : 10 or 24).

 

External mice work properly, though.

Problem solved by the after-sales service.

Was an hardware issue. Had to send the laptop for 2-3 weeks in Poland, they sent it back repaird and voilà !
