I had purchased lenovo make E450 (ThinkPad) Machine Type Model : 20DDA02XIG having Operating System: Windows 8.1 Pro 64(EN:English) as preloaded with the laptop. My operating system got carshed and i dont have also recovery media to recover the Operating System. I had contacted the lenovo support and they told my machine Serial no is not eligible to get a recover link through online and i had also visited to the nearest service center and they also told me it will take a month to get it done though request to the Lenovo.
Please guide me how to recover my OS as early as possible.

If your machine is a Factory Lenovo, you should have recovery as outlined here, page 36.
This assumes the recovery partitions are intact.
You may need to locate a Windows Repair CD/USB stick to boot from to start the recovery.
If your machine shipped with Dos from Lenovo, and a local shop installed win 8.1, you could download a win8 recovery ISO/similar from microsoft.
Did you purchase this machine NEW?
If your machine was not a Factory Lenovo, you would not be eligible for Lenovo recovery media, since your win 8 was installed by someone else(shop where purchased?).

You could try this. Another forum user might have better download links.
The license for win 8 is retained inside your Bios/motherboard.
