Hey all ,
this a little tricky one , but her the details ,
my thinkpad E550 went to sleep mode at 7 % battery level
i tried to power on 2nd day before plug in but i power it while windows opening
it gave me this massage " DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE " and windows restart to repair
after restart even while connected to power it gave me this massage
" plugged in , not charging "
at first i checked the power cable direct to the lab and it works
i re-installed windos 10 then went to windows 7 with the same massage
i run diagnosis on bios and everthing is ok
so i thought its the bettery , but before buying a new one i tried to unplug the cable and working on battery direct
the lab is working fine for 2-3 hours even though the indicator is Zero % with Maximum performance on battery manager also
i`ve tried to update the power driver from the website but still got this battery level wrong indication ,
can any one help me to solve this issue ???
thanks in advance
