E130, Problem performing factory reset (password issue)

Hello,

I have an E130 that is running terribly slow. I want to do a factory setting reset and start anew.

I press return when my computer starts. I chose F11 and follow the different points. It warns me that if I press ok, all unsaved information will be lost. I accept and then when I am asked to enter my password, it says it is an incorrect password. But I know it is the correct one, this password (the only one I have for this computer) works just fine when I enter my computer the regular way.

Why my password is not recognized when I want to do a factory reset?
