E430 Dolby Audio and Windows 8 upgrade

I purchased an E430 in September with Windows 7 and upgraded to Windows 8 on November 24. I get a message on start up "Unable to start Dolby audio driver. Please restart or reinstall the driver if problem persists."  I have attempted to reinstall the latest driver from the lenovo website (g3an05ww.exe), but I get a message "Another version is already installed. To remove existing version, use Add/Remove programs from the control panel."  So I go to add/remove programs to remove Dolby audio, but there is no Dolby audio program.

The audio still works, by the way, it's just that I get the "unable to start Dolby audio driver..." message every time on start up.

In add/remove programs, look for "Conexant HD Audio" and uninstall it. Then you should be able to install latest audio driver.
