That's why a lot of us use Firefox and Duckduckgo on Linux. If you don't care about privacy, that's fine. Others do. Anyway, let's drop this so we're not bombing everyone with emails every time a new reply is added to this thread.

First time experiencing a problem like this, and I daresay it won't be my last. Hate it with a passion, how this matter was handled.

I appreciate the work being put in on the BIOS. Is 1.32 the final fix for the keyboard issue, or is there still another one coming out in two weeks or so?

Yeah why doesn’t Lenovo’s owns support program recognize there is a BIOS update. Very annoying.
Lenovo Vantage lags behind the support site with updates due to them having to be packaged and uploaded differently. You can download the file here:

I can confirm this issue also plagues the A485. When typing quickly keys pressed output appear out of order etc.
Would it be possible to get a BIOS update for the A485 as well?

Gee, what do you know, the exact same problem plagues the entire line of Vega thinkpad laptops, let me guess, the site still has the broken bios for download and installation? Surely the tech team is not blind here?
