My E520 keyboard right arrow key moves the cursor, but if I hold the shift key to highlight something the cursor does not move. Any suggestions? The laptop is relatively new with probably less then 100 hours usage.
Does this issue occur with the other three arrow keys? I would firstly recommend making sure all your drivers are up to date, as well as your BIOS. All driver downloads and the latest BIOS version can all be found here.
