Its easy for Lenovo to say contact Corel after installation but there is not any help on Corel's web site. Lenovo support only seams to be there for sales. I spent all day downloading all the new drivers but still needed MS support to get the AMD graphics working.

The solution is to uninstall Corel Win DVD and install Lenovo Power DVD:
Look at the last post in that thread for further instruction.
Works like a charm on my son's E520.
