[E540] Warnings (ID 37, Task category 7) and errors (ID 54, Task category 39) in Event Viewer

Out of curiosity a opened event viewer and noticed that there are some errors or warnings.

I installed newest drivers and even reinstalled windows but the warnings and errors are still there. So should I be concerned about my laptop or can I ignore it?
