Good evening) I have a problem: Laptop Lenovo ThinkPad E530c bought 6 months ago, installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64, installed all the drivers. But from time to time with the robot on the laptop screen pops up a lot of multicolored strips and laptop freezes ... Windows reinstalled ... What could it be?

Welcome to Lenovo Community Forums!
I’m sorry to hear that display is not working properly in your Lenovo ThinkPad E530c.
I would suggest you to perform Flee Power – remove the battery and any other peripheral device connected to the computer. Hold the power button for 10-15 seconds and then connect only the AC Adapter and try to turn ON the computer.
Try connecting to an external monitor and check if display comes properly in it. Swap the battery and AC adapter with a good known one if you can. Is there a similar display flickering in BIOS screen as well?
Please let me know the happenings!

I can not remove the battery or connect an external display, because when this problem appears on the computer - it hangs and does not perform any action.
When there were problems and the computer is running on battery when connected to the charger, the computer shuts down and restarts, or when it is charging and disconnect the charger restarts it too ...
I rented it for warranty repair, I was told that the entrance was replaced charger, but the problem remains!

I suggested you not to remove the battery or connect external display during the occurrence of the issue. I would like you to perform it when the system behaves normally.

Hello ... When the system is working properly, then connect the external display works fine.

Since the external display works fine, it could be an issue with LCD cable or LCD screen. You may need to swap and check with a good known part to isolate the faulty part.
