I have an issue with an E560 that is hooked up through a OneLink Pro to two external monitors (via Displayport and DVI). Both monitors randomly go black for 10-15 seconds and then come back (not at the same time).
https://support.lenovo.com/ca/en/documents/ht101596 indicates that the firmware needs to be updated; however, after downloading the .exe for the latest firmware, I can't get the file to run! After I click on it, nothing happens. There is nothing in the task manager. I've tried running as Administrator and still nothing.
Has anyone had any issues with the update tool or have any suggestions?

But basically I have the same issue - I can't update the firmware.
