Re: In Power Management, Battery is not installed for Lenovo E430 T3Q model

Hi Prathik,

Welcome to Lenovo Community Forums!

I’m sorry to hear that Power manager in your Lenovo ThinkPad E430 is showing an error message “Battery is not installed”.

I would suggest you to follow the below troubleshooting steps.

  1. Shutdown, unplug AC and remove battery. Press and hold power button for several seconds. Then re-install battery and AC and restart and see.
  2. Download latest Power Manager and Power Management driver.
  3. Uninstall Power Manager and Power Management driver that is already installed.
  4. Reboot the laptop
  5. Install Power Manager and Power Management driver
  6. Reboot laptop again and see if helps.

If above said didn't help, Update BIOS to the latest version and check.

Hope this helps resolve your concern!

Best regards,

Mithun.
