Start on Intel and Intel say, what problem with Lenovo. Link on forum:
If the issues persist, you may follow these recommendations.
1. Lenovo recommends performing these steps to configure the display settings in Windows* 10.
Configure Display Settings
2. A chipset driver can also fix this issue. Make sure you contact Lenovo* to know if updating this driver is required.
3. Make sure the latest discrete graphics driver is installed.
If performing a clean install of the Lenovo* driver and Intel driver does not allow the computer to detect an external display, then this could be a compatibility issue. If this is a compatibility issue, then you need to report it to the computer manufacturer so that they can attempt to replicate it and provide a resolution. This could be implemented through a BIOS update, which can only be provided by Lenovo*.
Now, E470 can't see secondary display with latest Drivers. Support secindary display only version 184.108.40.20627 from Lenovo site, but with this version OS slowdown if any videos in browser.
