Lenovo Windows 8 Partition

I recentely upgraded my 2 month old Lenovo E530 (came with Windows 7) to Windows 8. I want to install Ubuntu on a seperate partition but I am having trouble with creating a seperate partition with my unallocated hard drive storage. It says that I can only have a max. of 4 partitions on one disk. I am not sure which partition to delete. I obviously can't delete C, and I tried making System Reserved unactive (just to test which one is waste) but that made my computer lose Windows 8. I had to log in using a ubuntu Live CD mode and then make it active again to get it.

Is System_DRV safe to delete? Or should I just back up Lenovo_Recovery using a DVD and then delete that?
