Logitech V470 bluetooth mouse with Edge 11

I tried to connect a new V470 bluetooth mouse. at first the mouse was discovered and worked without installing the Logitech software.

Once I downloaded and installed the latest Logitech mouse software for WIN7-64bit the mouse no longer worked and even re-discovering didn't help.

Are there known issues with the Logitech mouse software ?

Re: Logitech V470 bluetooth mouse with Edge 11

evidently there is. you could try uninstalling the software, restarting your machine and seeing if windows can find it again. not everybody has their drivers straightened out for windows 7 yet, especially windows 7 64 bit. you probably should have uninstalled the driver for the mouse first before you installed the logitech software. that could've been the conflict.

Re: Logitech V470 bluetooth mouse with Edge 11

I managed to uninstall the Logitech driver and now I have the mouse working properly with the native WIN7 driver.
