My lap top model is E460 / Type: 20ETA00XSG
I have seen a lot of posts with instructions what to do when bluetooth doesn't work. I tried everything so maybe someone will suggest something I didn't find.
I have tried uninstalling the default drivers, reboot for it to automatically install default generic drivers, didn't work.
I went to Intel's site to install the latest driver for Win 7 64 bit, didn't work either.
I tried uninstalling, reboot, then installing the drivers listed for my lap top on Lenovo's driver download page. Didn't work too.
The blue tooth arc mouse shows up when I try to add a bluetooth device. However, after all the automatic driver installation that takes place after I tried to add the mouse, there seems to be no connectivity between my mouse and my lap top.
Please help me. Thanks.

I installed the "Optional" Items listed in the Lenovo system upgrade recommendation and the mouse is working now. Have no idea why Lenovo listed those items as "Optional" when in fact it was so crucial to solve this bluetooth issue. Thanks.
