Every time I start my laptop I get two "Run DLL C:\Program" error pop up windows.
I have no idea what has caused it.
Also, my Lenovo Solution Center keeps telling me I have 1 message and that message is "A communication problem has occured" with my battery. It tells me to launch Lenovo Power Manager and when I open it there are no messages that tell me how to fix this problem.
If it helps, I have the ThinkPad Edge E420.
Please, please help me!!!!!!
Thanks. - Kathleen

Welcome to Lenovo Community!
As per your query we understood that you are facing an issue with LPM error popup on your ThinkPad Edge E420.
To resolve the issue I suggest you to uninstall the Lenovo Power Manager application from the system by control panel – program and feature option. And download ThinkVantage system update application and install it.
After the installation run the application so that it will search all the required application and driver for your system and it will update.
Below is the link to enter the downloads page and download latest application accordingly, please click on "Select Product" then in "QUICK PATH" enter the MTM no. select the exact model.
Hope this helps.
