When I run tests from the Lenovo Vantage, the RTC test fails. I see my system clock on the Windows toolbar jumping around a few times, ending at a completely wrong hour of the day.
Is there any way to diagnose the problem?

Check the time/date settings in the BIOS/SETUP and make sure that they match the time/date set in Windows. If the BIOS date/time keeps changing, it could point to a weak CMOS/RTC battery, although normally a system that new would not have that issue already.
