Urgent help needed. I tried updating my service of Lenovo by the following package: 78Y9383. The right one. So i began. Filling in all the needed information. After that I went to the next page, press submit, then the Lenovo server was refusing working. So i had to fill it all in again. Okay, fair enough i did. Then it says my serial-number was invalid? Weird, but okay, last try. Now it says my SAC-code is invalid. That isn't possible, because it is the right one, i checked 100x times. Please help me out, i don't know what to do anymore.
I bought the product together with my Lenovo E520 at the 4launch.nl shop in Holland.

PS: It is urgent, because you've to update this within 21-days after purchasing and end this week I go on holiday..
