I have issue with my laptop. I can not change a boot order in my BIOS, while i do not have the option Startup.
I tried to downgrade OS Win 10 to OS Win 8. The process crashed. Right now, when I try boot my laptop, the boot screen remain stuck - i can see only logo of Lenovo and the message: To interrupt normal startup, press Enter.
When I press F12, i get only black screen and nothing happened.
I used Lenovo diagnostic tool and Recovery Bad Sectors Tool (F10). All components (disc, memory) are OK.
UEFI Bios Version: H0ET91WW (2.51)
Can somebody give me some advice? Do someone have similar issue?
Thanks a lot.

I have a similar issue on my E530.
It does power on but does not boot anything anymore, plus the Startup menu in the BIOS is also gone.
I think they do get stuck in a certain mode after enabling UEFI and using Windows 10.
Check my post here:
ThinkPad E530 not booting - no more startup menu in the bios
What did you try already?
I did reset the EEPROM chip on the motherboard, but settings are stored in the 2 Winbond W25Q memory chips and to reset/reprogram them an SPI programmer is needed.
