I purchased a ThinkPad Edge Laptop in March, 2013. Only a month later, the LED screen broke. I now have to use an HDMI cable to see what is happening on the screen. I already sent it to be fixed, but the company refused to fix it. I see no justification in this, since I have a 1 year warranty. Now, about two months later, the laptop crashed, and now will not start. The company provided no reasoning in refusing to fix my screen. Lenovo used to be my favorite computer company, but after seeing the way they treat their customers, I might as well have never bought anything from them. I have a warranty, and you refuse to fix my laptop. What's the deal lenovo??
