Hi, I'm using Thinkpad E450 for about two years, and I have a problem on my GPU clock speed. This laptop has AMD Radeon R7 M260 with 2GB VRAM.
According to notebookcheck(https://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-R7-M260.122208.0.html), Radeon R7 M260's core clock can boost up to 980MHz, and I also checked that speed with the same program, GPU-Z. as you can see on the first picture.
Actually, I have detected this problem since I bought this laptop 2 years ago, and I tried to google to find solutions, but nothing was helpful to me. Reflashing the BIOS worked, but it was only a temporary solution. The clock was stuck at 300 MHz again. Does anyone have the same problem as mine?
