I have a problem with the resolution of my Thinkpad E550.
Resolution is 1920*1080

Although the latest drivers are installed, the text below the icons on the desktop are clear, but when I open a windows, such as Device Manager, the text is unclear.

And texts in Outlook for exemple are very small, small.

Moreover, I don't understand why, in the Device Manager, I see 2 graphic cards : Intel HD 5500 and a AMD R7 M265.

Is it normal ?
