Hi, having recently upgraded the stock hard drive to an SSD in my Edge 11 laptop, I've misplaced the carrier part that secures the drive to the laptop, preventing it from coming out when knocked or moved.
Everything works apart from when the drive comes loose and the laptop then needs a re-boot, as well as removing the back plate to refit it.
As you can imagine, this is a massive inconvenience, especially when I'm out.
I've called Lenovo support but the rep i talked to didn't seem to know anything about a caddy to secure it, and said he could not help me as it is a third party hard drive.
Does anyone on here have any idea where I can buy one, or even have one themselves to sell?
Any help appreciated, thanks.

joecarver, welcome to the forum,
the only easy way to get hold of the hdd caddy is to purchase a hard drive from Lenovo as an accessory or spare part for your system.
One of the sponsors of forum.thinkpads.com may offer them, (see advert at the top of the boards), but they are unfortunately in the USA. You may have some luck and someone here pops up with the unknown FRU number or has a broken system which they are parting out.
