Thinkpad Edge E330 wifi problem, wifi radio and bluetooth not working

hello gays,

I have win 8.1, and recently my Wi-Fi does not work. I tried everything, I remove the driver and installed again and again with no results. I have the pci mini express.

I install the Lenovo diagnostic tool and here are the results: 1.jpg

 

Can anyone have an idea for a solution?

Welcome to Lenovo Community!

 

As per the query we understood that you are facing issue with Wifi on your ThinkPad Edge E330.

 

The warning indicates that Wifi is not enabled, and to enable it you have to press FN+F9 simultaneously. When you press this key, a list of wireless features is displayed. You can quickly change the state of each feature on the list.

 

Notes: If you want to use this button to enable or disable the wireless features, the following device driversmust be installed on your computer beforehand:

  • Power Management driver
  • Onscreen Display Utility
  • Wireless device drivers

For detailed information on the wireless features, refer to “Wireless connections” on page 29 from the user guide.

dir sir,

the option of use fan+f9 is Known to me. i tried it and not the case. 

flyght mode is on and off without any change in the wifi. do you have anoter solusion?

Thank you for the reply!

 

Can you please uninstall the current Wifi & Bluetooth drivers from the system and install ThinkVantage system update utility. This application will check for all the required drivers and application for your system, please check with running this tool once.
