3 days ago I purchased an edge E520 1143 AK7.
I installed Windows Home Basic on it and then updated it to latest date upgrades.
Then I installed all the drivers and Thinkvantage ulitiies.
The machine is just amazing. However, the bluetooth hardware itself is not found on the machine.
The vendor who sold me the machine was very cooperative. He booted another machine to find out if a bluetooth exists on the machine or not. Unfortunately, even the service center person is facing the same problem. luetooth not found.
I doubted that my machine either does not have a Bluetooth OR it is a manufacturing defect. I called Lenovo service center and they confirmed that my model DOES SUPPORT A HIGH SPEED BLUETOOTH. Manufacturing defect is ruled out as a second machine is also having the same problem.
Therefore, I am doing something wrong. Some driver seems to be missing.
Can anyone please help me with the issue?
