I bought a couple of weeks ago a Thinkpad Edge E430, so my warranty expires November 2013. Lenovo Solution Center reported the correct warranty expiration date.
I decided to buy more RAM. Just after installing the RAM, I booted into Windows 7 and Lenovo Solution Center changed the expiration date of my warranty to October 17 2012 so it is now "expired". Even the online check reports the wrong date of October 17 2012. I don't even think this model existed in October 2011, so this expiration dates does not make any sense.
How do I request a fix for my expiration date?
