I recently bought a 'Genuine Lenovo' 45W spare power supply for my ThinkPad E565 on eBay.
The seller has 99.8% positive feedback, has sold nearly 85,000 items and also sells via their own website and via Amazon.
However the power supply turned out to be fake, having a label with at least 10 spelling mistakes compared with the one in the listing photo, although the casing and slim power plug lead looked fine.
Also, the manufacturing date is pre-printed as part of the label rather than being printed afterwards.
The seller has offered to refund the cost including return postage.
