Unfortunately Andrej-S, it does not seem like there is any Intel Rapid Start support for windows 8 with your machine, it seems the last available was Windows 7. An alternative may be the ExpressCache. It can provide similar results as to the Rapid Start Technology. PlingPlong provides some excellent information regarding that option at this thread. Hopefully this is of some assistance to you.

Yeah, hibernating and coming back ain't too bad with ExpressCache. It's funny how you can "train" ExpressCache, haha. I went from over 2 min boot time to under 1 min by writing a small script that restarts windows every 60 seconds on startup. So it does this loop for a few hours and ExpressCache is trained! Haha.
The only reason I ask is because I saw Intel Rapid Start in the BIOS.
So I guess I can disable that now, hehe.

Unfortunatley I have only found Intel Rapid Start Tech for the T430u for Windows 8, and I don't think that would be of any use to you. I would keep an eye out to see if it comes along though.
