This is one of the lesser known Lenovo tools. Lenovo Auto Scroll provides this feature, and can be uninstalled from Programs and Features. You can later re-add this functionality by running the Hotkey setup.

Re: Window move automatically when mouse reach the border

This feature made browsing on my  Lenovo S230U Thinkpad Twist Windows 8 nearly impossible. After uninstalling AutoScroll, browsing works great and other quirky mouse problems cleared up.

I am much happier with my Ultrabook and Windows 8 now.

Thank you very much for the tip!

Re: Window move automatically when mouse reach the border

Hi, my windows are also moving around every time my cursor moves. I have a ThinkPad T400 and I'm using an external mouise and  monitor. I searched for Autoscroll to change it, but I couldn't open any of the 4 files that were found. I went to the Control Panel and tried everything that could possibly be related but nothing has worked, This is a recent problem and it has made my computer barely useable. Thanks, Jeanne.
