About three months ago, I bought a brand new 11e thinkpad edu series.......It worked perfectly until about the past three weeks, or so when video/audio playback would suddently slow down, and become robotic sounding. The problem is getting worse over time, and the only solution I've found is to reboot the sys, but now I'm having to reboot several times a day sometimes......................any help would be greatly appreciated, as I've tried everything I can think of.

Thinkpad 11e might be a Windows laptop, a Chromebook, or a Yoga. You're in the Chromebook forum, but please confirm that's the model you have.

I apologize, I have had trouble remembering what model this laptop is as I can't find my paperwork. It just says 11e EDU Series ThinkPad on the computer, but when I run the serial number on the lenovo site, it comes back as a yoga, so I'm not entirely sure to be honest. I apologize again.

What are the first 4 characters of your machine type-model number on the underside? What OS is running on your machine?

It says type 20D9, and I'm running windows 10

I've moved this entire thread into the forum for Windows Yoga 11e machines.
The original location was for Chromebook 11e, Chromebook X, and Chromebook Yoga machines. Sorry for the confusion.

I am having the same problem with a non-yoga 11e.
Now that we have this in the correct forum, do we have any answers?
For me, the problem is intermittent, and I can fix it by rebooting.
I tend to notice the problem while running a browser. The whole system slows down as well. The audio problem continues into the shutdown noise.
