I have been having problems with my Thinkpad 11e Chromebook. I had gotten it from school, as well as every other classmate in my grade. Suddenly, there was a problem with the audio. It was fine without headphones, but the moment I put them in, there would be a small staticky sound, and the audio wouldn't play correctly. I would only hear the background music, and the person's voice would be extremely quiet and impossible to understand. This has been happening for a week now, whenever I play music with headphones. I've tried switching headphones, resetting my chromebook, deleting all of my extensions, and deleting all the history and cache. I've also looked in the settings for an option, but nothing worked, and I rarely tampered with the settings before so I doubt that caused this.
Any suggestions as to what I should do?
