Re: Finger print reader error SL510

I have a different error regarding my finger print reader, on the SL400.

"The dependency service or group failed to start."

For the ThinkVantage Fingerprint software, it pops up with the same error, as well as error-code E7210001 twice, with two different descriptions. One is the stated group failed to start, the other is "An internal error occurred (bpwb: bp-wb-dpi-ed-wbebu(8007042c))."

I love my ThinkPad, especially the fingerprint reader! I've impressed a lot of people with it (I work retail).

Under "services.msc", what services need to be running (especially auto-run) for the reader to work?

Thanks in advance!
