Hi there hapiscalin and Welcome to the Community Forums.

If your device does not have a Precision Touchpad, you will most likely not have the option to enable this.

To check this:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Click on Devices.
  3. Click on Touchpad.

Under "Touchpad," it should read: "Your PC has a precision touchpad."

If you don't see the message, you'll still find the settings page, but you'll only get an option to adjust the touchpad sensitivity.

Regards

Install the ETD Properties app from the Windows Store: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/etdproperties/9pcfvjpq0frl?activetab=pivot:overviewtab

This is the official app for the touch pad which allows customisation. This should have come pre-installed, or at the very least Lenovo support should have provided the correct answer themselves.
