Lenovo Access Help inaccessible?

2011-04-24, 11:44 AM

Just bought an SL510 with Windows 7, and when trying to open Lenovoo Access Help, got error message "Cannot open the file: masteraibl.chm::chm/Welcome.htm"

Will call support of course, but I am based in Europe, so helplines closed over Easter.  Tried calling US - the were open but cannot help because I bought the machine over here.  So any help appreciated -  thanks

hi Tony-o

i would suggest uninstalling the software and then downloading the software from the link below and reinstalling it.

I believe one of the files is corrupted and thus a reinstall might help.
