Purchased VSP Through Lenovo Website Won't Recognize on Vantage

Hey All,

 

I purchased the VSP product through the Lenovo website. It won't recognize that I purchased the service on Vantage. Any thoughts? I tried reinstalling Vantage but that didn't do anything.

 

Any suggestions or tips are welcome.

Welcome to Lenovo Community

 

 

I suggest that you uninstall Vantage again, then restart your computer. Download and install Vantage thru the support site.
Check VSP.

Please send me a private message with your VSP order number, and your PC's serial number and product number (which you can find in Vantage -> My Device).
