SL 500: "Learn about my computer" does not work

Hi,

I would like to know more about my computer (SL500, 27464EG), but the function does not work.  The subjects appear, "Use..." "Configure..." but when I click on them, nothing appears.  What am I missing?  Also in Internet Explorer Tools, I click Lenovo Password Manager and nothing happens.

My machine is T61 but I presume TVT (ThinkVantage Technology) is common to all machine.

 

Mine (Lenovo Password Manager) is working. Definitely after set TVT client security solution (Finger Print feature). You'd better check your Password Manager status whether it is active or inactive.

 

The way to examine the status of Password Manager activity, press blue ThinkVantage button. There, go to  ThinkVantage Technologies and Client Security Solution. ThinkVantage client security solution wizard pops up and you will see Password Manager status whether it is activated or not.
