L15 stuck on boot screen with USB-C Dock Gen 2

Hello all,


When my ThinkPad USB-C Dock Gen 2 is connected to my ThinkPad L15 AMD Gen1 (20U7) the laptop does not get passed to boot screen. Besides that, I often get a blue screen when I connect the usb-c cable of the docking station to my laptop when the laptop is showing my windows 10 desktop.


I updated the firmware of the docking station to the latest version (V1.0.6.06161)

I updated the driver of my laptop to the latest version (V1.0.3.03241)


The problem is also present when I disconnect all other cables and devices from the docking station, leaving only the power supply connected to the dock and the USB-C cable connected to the dock and my laptop.


Anyone with the same problems?

Same here with similar hardware:

L15 Model 20U70004GE, latest bios 1.12, latest dock fw, latest drivers.

Docking Station , Pro dock, Model 40AH0135EU

Hangs at Post . can connect dock when windows is started. But displays not detected (usb,ethernet,charging works).


So there seem to be problems with different Dock Types. Any suggestions?
